- 3 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala, divided
- ½ cup cooked potato cubes
- 3 teaspoons mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, toss the potato cubes with ½ teaspoon of chaat masala.
- Place the remaining ½ teaspoon of chaat masala in a shallow bowl or plate. Dip the cut side of each egg half into the chaat masala.
- Top each egg half with a heaping tablespoon of the seasoned potato cubes.
