Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 1 ramen packet
- 1 all-beef hot dog
- 2 bacon strips
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 slice american cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2.5 tablespoons corn
- 1 green onion, sliced
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Sriracha, to taste
- Kewpie Mayo, for garnish
- furikake, for garnish
Preparation
- Cook ramen per packet instructions. Drain well and set aside.
- Wrap the hot dog with the two strips of bacon. Add the hot dog to a pan over medium heat. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes or until bacon is cooked and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
- Generously spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the cooked ramen, spreading the noodles evenly in the pan.
- Pour the eggs over the noodles and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Top with American cheese, bacon-wrapped hot dog, mozzarella cheese, corn, and green onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Sriracha.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Fold the omelet.
- Drizzle with Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and furikake for garnish.
